■About the Maintenance
Updates
- Addition of new shop items
- Adding new objects that can be used within an area will be made available for purchase
- Additions to the area editor’s Paint tool
- New textures will become available for use when using the Paint tool
- Improvements to the neem Browser UI
- Unifies the basic structure of the UI for both the PC and mobile versions of neem Browser
- Feature changes
- Changes to the functionality of the Map button
- Changes to how area members and map information is displayed
- Changes to how the account menu is displayed
- Changes to how text-based chat works (UI design along with the procedure used to start a direct chat)
- Improvements to the neem dashboard layout
- Adjustments to the layout and positioning of things within the dashboard
- Changes to how audio works within areas
- Sounds made by avatars and objects placed within an area will now vary in volume based on the distance a users is from them
This feature is not supported for signboards - Adding support for rending objects that are far away at a lower quality to improve performance

Bug Fixes
- A fix for the login status icon not updating for friends when their status changes on the mobile version of the neem Browser
- Other minor bug fixes
During the maintenance period, users will not be able to play neem.
We recommend that you save any maps you are editing before the scheduled maintenance date and time.
After the maintenance finishes, the application will update upon entering an area, so please update the application by following the instructions that appear on your screen.
