Prohibited Conduct

(1) Acts that violate laws and regulations.
(2) Use of neem by persons under the age of 12 without the consent of a legal representative (guardian or person with parental authority, etc.)
(3) Infringing on copyrights or damaging the credibility or reputation of others.
(4) Acts that violate the rights of third parties, such as disclosure of personal information. Acts of disclosing one’s own personal information as well.
(5) Posting inappropriate expressions such as obscene, violent, discriminatory expressions, expressions that cause distress to customers, or posting false content or misleading expressions.
(6)Posting information for the purpose of commercial activities or commercial advertisements using neem without prior consent from our company.
(7) Any act that interferes with the use of neem by other customers or any act that hinders the use of neem by other customers.
(8) Creating or soliciting others to become members of a pyramid scheme.
(9) Acts that impose an excessive load on servers, etc. (including acts that use tools, etc., to access neem and impose an excessive load on servers, etc.)
(10) The act of directing users to sites that we deem inappropriate, such as sites primarily associated with sexually explicit, fetish or adult-themed content, one-click fraud sites, and sites that install software which performs unauthorized processes to run without a users knowledge or approval.
